Annual General Meeting 2019

The club is having its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday evening 18th September. This is an very important meeting for the club, so please put it in your diaries and come along.  We need enough non- committee members to come.

If we don’t have a quorum as per our club rules then we can’t have the meeting. If we don’t have this meeting the club will stop operating until we do.

The AGM is the meeting where members have an opportunity to join the club committee and become more involved, contributing to its activities for the following year. The club is entirely voluntary, so if too few people volunteer then this will limit the club for everyone. The club is only as good as its volunteers!

There are many opportunities for involvement, where this can be a minor or more major role on the committee. If you are interested in any of the positions (or any positions at all) please email the club secretary (Siti) and talk to current committee members.

The following vacancies will exist for 2019. The most important of these is  the secretary.
