There are ongoing building works around the club as the rowing club undergoes major renovations. This includes –
- Permanently blocking the thoroughfare between the shed and the river.
- A retaining wall and footpath will be built along the side of the shed on the road side, near the water tap
- Access to the showers/toilets are from the road-side
Blocked access?
During the week contractors will be coming and going. They will be parking trucks and cars outside the shed. If these block access to the shed or the pontoon, please call the site manager and they will move the cars. The phone number is on a sign on the construction fencing outside the shed.
