The club’s has a minor update to its constitution that has come into effect.
- The grievance procedures that came into affect in 2024 have now been incorporated into the constitution as one document.
- The membership durations have been slightly altered to suit the different times members join the club (typically the start of the year or the start of semester) and to aid membership administration.
- Annual membership lasts from January until the end of March of the following year
- Semester 1 membership lasts from January until the end of June
- Semester 2 membership lasts from July until the end of March of the following year
