2015 Annual General Meeting

The club is having its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday evening 17th of June. This is an important meeting for the club so please put it in your diaries and come along.

The AGM is the meeting where members have an opportunity to become more involved in the club and contribute to its continued functions. The club is entirely voluntary, so if too few people volunteer then this will limit the club for everyone. The club is only as good as its volunteers.

While this meeting should not take very long, it is an extremely important meeting for the club and we must have sufficient members attending to form a quorum. Please come along if you are able. To attend the AGM you must be a current financial member.

Date: Wed 17th June, 2015
Venue: Room 212 in the Forgan Smith building on the UQ campus (indoors!). This is off the Great Court (ground floor) and is near the entrance of the SS&H library and coffee shop.
