UQ Sport has scheduled significant building works within the shed between Monday 27 April and Sat 9th May inclusive. This includes structural repairs to, and modification of, some shed walls.
During this period there will not be any access to the shed.
We’ve adopted a new Social Media Policy governing how use use media in the club.

We have introduced a new code of conduct. This outlines the patterns of behaviour expected by members of the club.
Please familiarise yourselves with it when you have the opportunity.

We have a new membership portal operating.
it can be accessed via the “Membership Portal” link in the menu (or by going through the joining pages).

The pool and shed are still closed so there are currently no weekly activities such as canoe polo or flatwater paddles this week. UQ sites are closed until Wed 12th March 2025. Please check UQ’s Cyclone response page for updates.
The pool is still open and the weather appears to be holding. Consequently the scheduled pool training / intro to polo will go ahead.
Access to the shed is closed for the next week due to the winds, tides and the potential for flooding.
Much of the boats and equipment are being taken to flood safe storage for this time.
We will review this on over the weekend.
The pool Come and Try session planned for Monday 19th Feb has been postponed a week to Mon 26th Feb.
Please keep an eye on the website for updates.
At last we have a key to the showers and toilets.
They have been restored after the floods.
This will be available from the desk in the shed (please return! 🙂
