The club is hosting a come and try day and BBQ on Saturday morning 28th July from 7:30 AM. Prospective members are invited to come and try out. Members are encouraged to come and help out and talk to prospective members.
There will be a simple barbeque ($5). Prospective members should come dressed for getting into a kayak!
Remember, if you can’t make it – come to any Saturday morning paddle during semester to have a go.
An introductory day trip for whitewater paddling and moving water. Destination to be decided (may be the Upper Brisbane River). Registration after details are posted.
An 8 day remote expedition in Hervey Bay, along the west coast of Fraser Island, paddling from Urangan to Wathumba and back. Peak of the whale season.
