2014 Club AGM, Paddle and Barbecue

The club is having its Annual General Meeting on Saturday 7th June. This is an important meeting for the club so please put it in your diaries and come along. There is a paddle beforehand and a barbecue afterwards.

The AGM is the meeting where members have an opportunity to become more involved in the club and contribute to its continued functions. The club is run on an entirely voluntary basis, so if too few people volunteer then this will limit the club for everyone. The club is only as good as its volunteers.

To attend the paddle, the sausage sizzle and the AGM you must be a current financial member (this will be checked).

  • 8.30 AM: Come and join us for an easy social paddle on the river.
  • 10:30 AM Arrive back
  • 11:00 PM Annual General meeting (agenda below)
  • 11:30 AM Barbecue lunch (free) – a sausage sizzle.

Date: Sat 7th June, 2014
Venue: Club shed
