New Donated Kayak

The club has an additional Rosco flat water kayak. This kind donation helps get the year off to a great start after the flood recovery year of 2011.

UQ Masters student Chris Khoo very kindly donated a full set of kayak gear to the club.

The donation includes

  • A Rosco kayak in excellent condition
  • A sea kayak paddle
  • A Riptide PFD
  • A dry bag, kayak straps, and night light

This is a great addition to the club with a modern version of these much used and hardy boats. The club is extremely grateful to accept this donation, and would like to thank Chris for his remarkable generosity – a gift from which members will benefit for years to come.
