UQ Sport Thank you BBQ

UQ Sport is holding a barbecue to say thank you to all the staff and other volunteers who helped out with the clean-up after the recent floods.

They could not have achieved so much without all the help received from members of staff, students, community members, UQ staff, clubs, and everyone else who helped.

The BBQ is to be held on Wednesday on the Grassy area between Forgan Smith Building and the Art Gallery at 11.30 am – 1.30 pm. If you would like to attend this event please make sure you accept this request by 4pm on Tuesday 8th February.

Food and soft drinks will be supplied and there will be a few informal games you can join in, if you wish. You might like to bring a picnic blanket or a camping chair to make sure you are comfortable! (Please note alcohol is not allowed in that area of the university.)

Please pass this on to any friends who came along and helped.
