The club has a display in the Great Court on Wednesday 23 Feb 2011 as part of the UQ orientation week’s Market Day.
The UQCC stall will be in the Great court (map) between 10AM and 3PM.
Any prospective members, and indeed anyone with even a small interest in kayaking, are invited to come along and meet some of the current members and find out a little about the club and what it offers.
Please note that we will be collecting the email addresses of interested prospective members. We will email you when we are ready to hold a come and try day so you can try out paddling on the river to see if it is the club for you, and when we are ready to take on new members (we are currently recovering from the recent floods).
Club members – please come along and encourage others to join the club, you are MOST welcome!! Pop in anytime to say ‘hi’.
