Queensland Canoeing is holding the fourth National Sea kayak symposium at the Gold Coast over the weekend (starts Friday evening).
This Symposium includes a variety of talks covering sea kayak skills and equipment, great displays and discounts by kayak companies, and interesting talks from the more adventurous. This year there are also some grade 1 and grade 2 trips on offer. Many on the water activities are also available to help build skills, experience, and test out other boats.
Dates: Friday (evening) Friday 21st, Saturday 22nd, and Sunday 23rd of October 2011
Duration: 2 to 2.5 days
