Whitewater Pool Training

In addition to regular polo training on the 28th, Henry will be at the pool to give some specific coaching and training for white-water paddlers. This session would be good for paddlers who have attended at least two trips or have personal whitewater experience

Spaces are limited to five for maximum time working with each person. Register now to secure a spot. The focus will be on strokes, bracing and edging as well as a discussion on safety and rescue.
