The club is having its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday evening 28th of June. This is an important meeting for the club so please put it in your diaries and come along.
The AGM is the meeting where members have an opportunity to become more involved in the club and contribute to its continued functions. The club is entirely voluntary, so if too few people volunteer then this will limit the club for everyone. The club is only as good as its volunteers.
While this meeting should not take very long, it is an extremely important meeting for the club and we must have sufficient members attending to form a quorum. Please come along if you are able. To attend the AGM you must be a current financial member. Please make sure you’ve completed your membership (bring completed paperwork along on the night if needed).

Venue: “The Meeting Room” at the UQ Athletic Stadium on the UQ campus. This is on your right as you walk into the Athletics Centre (the big building next to the athletics track that is across the road from the club shed).
