It is the policy of the club to pay up to half the cost of a sea kayak proficiency award undertaken by any club member. It is to the benefit of the club to have members who are competent in the use of club equipment. Please first seek approval from the committee if you are interested.
Sea Kayak Instructor Certifications may also be subsidised by the club but there is likely to be an expectation of providing some instruction to other club members during and following certification.
