2010 AGM

The 2010 Annual General Meeting will be held at the club shed at 5:30 PM on Wednesday 2nd of June. We need many financial members to come along to this important annual meeting.


Important activities

* Election of new committee members.
Please contact the enquiries email address if you are interested in contributing in any way. The club relies entirely on the voluntary contributions of its members. As a student/university oriented club and we especially need more students active on the club committee.

* Adoption of audited financial accounts and balance sheets

* Alterations to the club constitution
The committee has proposed changes to the club constitution. Adoption will be voted on during the AGM.

* Approval of new boats
The club is in the process of purchasing some new whitewater kayaks, polobats, and sea kayaks. Purchase of Wilderness systems Tsunami 160 and 165 sea kayaks are to be approved at this meeting.

Without enough members attending, the meeting cannot take place. So please make the effort to come along.
