{"id":609,"date":"2015-02-25T10:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-02-25T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.uqcanoeclub.net\/wp\/2015\/market-day-sem-1-2015\/"},"modified":"2019-03-27T23:25:33","modified_gmt":"2019-03-27T13:25:33","slug":"market-day-sem-1-2015","status":"publish","type":"club_events","link":"https:\/\/www.uqcanoeclub.net\/wp\/club_events\/2015\/02\/market-day-sem-1-2015\/","title":{"rendered":"Market Day Sem 1 2015"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The club has a display in the Great Court on Wednesday 25 Feb 2014 as part of the UQ <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uq.edu.au\/orientation\/\">orientation<\/a> week&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/orientation.uq.edu.au\/market-day\">Market Day<\/a>.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nThe canoe club stall will be in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/maps?ie=UTF8&#038;ll=-27.497513,153.013372&#038;spn=0.002636,0.004056&#038;t=k&#038;om=1\">Great court<\/a> (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.uq.edu.au\/maps\/index.html?menu=1&#038;x=h.86&#038;y=localY&#038;z=0&#038;xc[]=&#038;yc[]=&#038;id=&#038;facilityType=&#038;backURL=&#038;mx=0&#038;my=0&#038;mapcoord=?204,161\">map<\/a>) between 10AM and 2PM.<\/p>\n<p><div style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Stall number 8<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>This is usually located along the cloisters of the Forgan Smith building (if you view the Great Court as a &#8220;D&#8221; shape, then our stall is usually located in the upper half of the straight line of the &#8220;D&#8221;)<\/p>\n<p>Any prospective members, and indeed anyone with even a small interest in kayaking, are invited to come along and meet some of the current members and get a better idea about the club and what it offers.<\/p>\n<p>Club members &#8211; please come along and encourage others to join the club, you are MOST welcome!!
