Paddle up the Brisbane river using the tides in both directions to go further than you normally do.
Depart from UQCC pontoon, paddling up river with the tides. Paddle until Midday stop at a park for lunch, then return with the tides. This is a great chance to use the tides to help you explore parts of the river that you don’t usually get to see.

Return paddle back to the club start at 1PM

- High tide at Moggill ferry (39km): 14:03
- Low tide at the shed (Evening): 18:40
Meet: At the club shed at 7AM for a 7:30 AM start
Finish time: 6PM (off the water around 5- 5:30PM) at the UQCC shed
Estimated time of day finish(after cleaning boats): 6pm
Bring: Hat, sunscreen, long sleeved shirt, shoes, dark glasses, 3L of drinking water, lunch, and snacks to have while paddling to keep your energy up. Also bring something to keep yourself warm and dry if it rains or if you get wet.
