Weekly Training and Fitness sessions
All keen and able members are encouraged to come to the shed on Wednesday afternoons at 4:30 PM for about an hour of paddling. The aim is to build up your individual fitness and practice your technique. Aim to return after an hour of paddling.
If you are a complete beginner or very new to the club, please go to the group paddle sessions on Saturday mornings at 7:30 am (during semester). The group paddles will help you improve your technique and competence, and ensure you are ready for individual training.
Wednesday evenings - Night Paddles (Group Paddle)
Weekly night paddles have commenced for second semester 2012 (from May 2) and will continue weekly. Always check the calendar in case of changes. The requirements for night paddles are found here.
Wednesday afternoons - Paddle at your own pace
These paddles have finished for Semester 1 and will (probably start later in semester 2 when it is lighter later).
