Address: North river end of Sir William MacGregor Drive, St. Lucia
Purpose:
Training and skills development using sea kayaks on (and in) the river. Aimed towards sea kayaking trips. We will cover sea kayak basics, basic paddle skills, wet exits, and T-rescue recovery on the river.
You need to have practiced a wet exit and recovery in a sea kayak before joining any sea kayaking trips.
Don't leave it too late to attend a session.

What to bring
- Towel and swimming gear (you will be getting wet!).
Note: there are warm shower facilities within the shed complex (recommended after wet exit and rescue training)
